The shipping fee is R103 all over South Africa, we ship to your doorstep. 

 

When you order please give us your delivery details as well as your contact number to notify you when you can collect your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your IZY purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — but please read through our policy carefully:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and reason for return.

Returns are at the customers own expense, meaning

you will have to pay for the courier cost back to us.

No Returns or Refunds on:​

  • Customized items – Due to their bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any made-to-measure or customized garments.

  • Sale items – All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Sizing Help

To help ensure the perfect fit, we provide a detailed size guide for each item. We strongly encourage you to refer to this before placing your order.
